      The full answer is unknown, but it’s been estimated that over 1 million seabirds and 100,000 sea mammals are killed by pollution every year (that’s just due to the plastic pollution). Other pollutants can also impact their homes and the same can be said from deforestation (that’s the cutting down of trees)
