• Question: If we would have evolved (if you believe the Darwin theory) with out water as we know of would we have been able to even survive or come up with the inventions as we know of, e.g ANI, AGI or ASI (Artificial Narrow, General or Super Intelligence?

This is a very interesting questions. All life on earth to date has evolved in the presence of water. I honestly couldn’t say if even humans life as we know would have evolved without water. Our bodies are over 70% water and it is necessary to every part of our being, from food to cell metabolism. If the big bang had happened and the moon forming had not had such a huge impact on the atmosphere of the earth, life certainly would have evolved but not in the way that we know it now and certainly in no way that we can conceptualize. Without water the world would be much hotter and arid, therefore living organisms would need to utilize different energy sources, possibly only sunlight and small amount of minerals and withstand extreme heat.

That is a hard question and to be honest I haven’t a clue!! My guess is that we wouldn’t survive in any form without water but who knows!
