Is that a philosophical question? I’m only aware about water as H20.

Hello. There is essentially only one type of water, in terms of its pure form being H2O. The water we drink and bathe in has lots of minerals in it like magnesium, calcium and good bacteria. So I guess if we had to define all the types of water from all the environments there would be lots and lots and lots of types of water.
