Unfortunatley it already affects human and marine life. As the ocean gets warmer and the ice caps melt the salinity of the ocean changes as does the ration of minerals in the water. Sometimes shellfish like oysters can’t get enough calcium from the water to make shells because the water is too acidic. Or fish don’t get enough sunlight because the microplastic on the surface of the water block the sunlight for the algae, that the fish eat and the sunlight that the algae need to grow.

It would definately have an impact on marine life. Organisms can tolerate specific temperatures. If temperatures increase it can a negative impact on aquatic life.
