    Question: whats so weird about prime numbers

      Weird or interesting?! A prime number is a whole number greater than 1 whose only factors (the numbers that it can be divided by evenly) are itself and 1.
      So, for example, 5 is a prime number. It can only be divided evenly by 1 or 5.
