Water per se – no, it won’t.
Any elements that are in, above or below our grounds will stay somewhere, including oxygen and hydrogen, and water.
But, easily accessible and clean water is getting less and less, but very much depending where in the world you are.

Water is an essential component of life for almost all living organisms on earth, so from bacteria to humans, plants to sloths, we all need a certain quantity and quality of water to survive. Clean, drinkable water may be harder to access with climate change and how we use water will change. However without water, earth would no longer exist in the way that we see and live in it now.
