You can ‘t feel your bones grow as the process happens very slowly. Little tiny microscopic amounts of growth every day, mainly while you sleep. However, if you grow a lot in a short space of time, sometimes your ligaments can hurt you, as they might not grow as fast as your bones. Its called Osgood Schlatter.
