If you thnink about that you will nowhere find pure water, i.e. only H2O without any other compounds/minerals, then you could already say that all water on the Earth is dirty, isn’t it?

Being “dirty” depends on your criteria for what you intend to use the water: for lab analysis where you need ultra pure water (without any compounds associated), or for drinking purpose of humans, or for cattle…?

Philip has given a great answer to your question. For me, if you mean will water become polluted with human, animal and chemical waste depends on whether governments and companies today decide to change their behaviour and reduce their environmental impact. Reducing our waste is the best thing we can do to prevent water going dirty. So conserve water in your school and at home and remember to avoid single use plastics and pressure your local council to update your local water treatment plant or waste water plant.
